REFUND POLICY. If you are unable to attend, SocialCentral tickets may be transferred to another person (with a $25 + GST administration fee), using the process described below under 'Ticket Transfers'.
Alternatively, you may request a partial refund:
Ticket cancellations occurring on or before February 17, 2020, will be refunded, less a $25 +GST administrative fee. Cancellations occurring between February 17 to March 9, 2020, will be refunded 80%. Cancellations occurring between March 9 to April 1, 2020, will be refunded 50%.
NOTE: No refunds for SocialCentral 2020 tickets will be given after April 1, 2020.
